World Mental Health Day: Ekta Dixit’s way to treat yourself right!

As 10/10 (just like today’s date) people might sound to you, one of the ignored parts of our lives still remains Mental Health. As much as it is talked about on the internet, it still is something that is often ignored. Today is World Mental Health Day and the purpose of the day is to increase public awareness of the value of mental well-being. The World Health Organization states that the day provides a chance for all individuals working on mental health issues to discuss their efforts.

The theme for 2022’s celebration of World Mental health Day is “Make mental health & well-being for all a global priority.”

While we talk about Mental Health day, it is important to highlight those who actively talk about the hush-hushed topic openly and are promoters of this type of well-being. One such Psychology – Relationship Coach is Ekta Dixit who is known as @ektadixit_speaks over Instagram and has her followers educated about how it is important about getting things right.
