Many Indian Creators and Designer Rahul Mishra went on their Parisian outing to attend the glamorous Paris Couture Week, an annual event that showcases the latest couture collections from renowned fashion houses across the Globe. Haute couture refers to high-end, custom-made clothing created by skilled artisans and designers, and is held in Paris in France. It is considered the pinnacle of fashion craftsmanship and luxury and thereby another milestone in the life of Fashion enthusiasts. Indian Creators have been making a mark this year, adding a touch of Indian flair and style to the prestigious event.

The situation in Paris has been sensitive for the last few days with the ongoing protest and police violence. The people of Paris are mourning the death of the 17 year old Nahel Merzouk who was shot by the Police. These troubled times got our creators anxious about the upcoming couture week. However, the show is happening at a safe distance from the protest site and the additional safety of the guests is taken care of.

Indians undoubtedly have been conquering one world stage after the other and the Paris Haute Couture was no different. Designer Rahul Mishra is on a winning streak this year especially after global star Zendaya was spotted wearing his saree gown at the NMACC inauguration ceremony. He is among the first Indians to debut at the Paris Haute Couture Week, where he showcased Indian craftsmanship through Indian silhouettes and Indian fashion. 6 months of hard work and years of experience paid off when global fashion icons applauded his collection during the Fashion show. To represent Rahul Mishra’s fashion eye, many Indian creators were seen wearing his collection at his runway fashion show.

Masoom Minawala Mehta

Masoom Minawala Mehta’s presence at Paris Couture Week has been marked by her four sophisticated and chic styles, incorporating Indian influences through statement accessories, traditional pieces, and elegant fits. Masoom names the Rahul Mishra piece as a ‘Metaphysical vision’ and we could not agree more. In a sleek hairdo, she definitely looks a cut above the rest.

In a 3D hand-embroidered leotard from Rahul Mishra’s TREE OF LIFE collection, actor turned influencer Roshni Chopra stood out. The intricate piece was worn with leather skorts and topped off with a Saffiano Prada Triangle bag and fabric high-heeled ankle boots.

Aashna Shroff

Featuring a hand-embroidered gown from Rahul Mishra’s Cosmos collection, Aashna stole the show. Everything about her attire was so magical, from the well-fitted corset around the bodice to the train of ruffles in the gown. Aashna carried a powder-pink-coloured Lady Dior to take the look above and beyond.

Juhi Godambe

For the runway show, Juhi wore a Falguni Shane Peacock India purple ruffle dress with a black corset bodice. The intricate black bow detailing added just the right amount of drama to the look. She kept the makeup subtle and added a few minimal accessories. 

Sanjana Batra

For Rahul Mishra’s runway show, fashion icon Sanjana Batra brought her inner boss lady to life, opting for a Blue Ombre outfit with 3D winged details. She paired the looks with Anayah Jewels and wore gorgeous Jimmy Choo heels.

Radhika Seth

Radhika Seth a prominent Indian creator known for her impeccable style and fashion-forward looks made her presence felt at the Paris Haute Couture Week. She effortlessly blended Indian and Western aesthetics, showcasing Rahul Mishra’s stunning ensembles. In a gorgeous golden dress along with a neat updo, she looked radiant. 

Bahaar Dhawan Rastogi

Creator Bahaar’s choice to wear Rahul Mishra’s designs exemplifies her appreciation for exquisite craftsmanship. Bahaar paired the sequined blouse and slit skirt with a shacket. To elevate her look further, she added statement earrings from ode jewels.

Phavithra Mishra

Phavithra Mishra AKA Style Muze donned a gorgeous Rahul Mishra piece at Paris Haute Couture Week. In bright hues, the dress had gorgeous sleeves and a thigh-high slit. With a Dior bag and Rene Caovilla heels, she made heads turn. To add the oomph factor she added Zara earrings to the ensemble.
