LinkedIn rolls new features – Post Templates, Pinned Comments, and Link Stickers

LinkedIn’s new blog – LinkedIn Pages: Our Latest and Greatest Features has released a list of its most recent updates for Company Pages, the majority of which had already been partially released but are now being implemented more widely.

First, LinkedIn is making all company pages accessible to its new post templates. As the pictures demonstrate, LinkedIn’s post templates offer a variety of visual improvements for your LinkedIn updates that may help them stand out in feeds.

Last month, LinkedIn introduced post templates for individual users. Today, it also makes them available for Company Page updates.

What’s New?

Clickable links and Post Templates!

With clickable links and customizable templates in the LinkedIn app, no additional tools are needed to create engaging, actionable LinkedIn content.

A user only needs to tap the “use template” option in the post menu when creating a post using the LinkedIn mobile app. To create a post that stands out in the feed and concentrates your audience’s attention on what matters most.

Users can choose from pre-made, highly visual creative templates and then customize their colors, font, text, and more.

Pinned Comments

With the help of pinned comments, you can guide the conversation you want to see on any of your brand’s posts.

Pinning any comment on a post will permanently place that comment at the top of the thread, so everyone who sees the post will see that comment first.

Page Commitments

Our featured commitments” is a new section of the LinkedIn Page that allows your organization to showcase your most important values for job seekers and potential partners.

These commitments will be featured prominently on the About section of your Page.

You can include up to five commitments in your featured commitments section, such as:

  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Career growth and learning,
  • Work-life balance
  • Social impact
  • Environmental sustainability

The link stickers and pinned comments stand out as the most beneficial updates for LinkedIn page managers among these potentially useful updates.
