An enormous event- Cannes International Film Festival is ongoing as I write and it thrills me that the famed film festival will once again feature Indian films, as it does every year. The festival will last 10 days, starting on May 16 and running till May 27.
The 76th Cannes Film Festival attracts visitors from all over the world. There are other Indians who are attracting attention. Celebrities including Esha Gupta, Mrunal Thakur, Guneet Monga, Manushi Chhillar, Sara Ali Khan, and many others walked the red carpet on the first day of the event. This year, the Indian delegation was led by Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting L Murugan.

Esha Gupta entered the room wearing a magnificent outfit by Designer Nicolas Jebran that charmed even the most astute observer. She was dressed in a satin gown with a high slit and subtle waist ruching.
She appeared to be a vision in white, with a distinctive asymmetrical neckline that touched her sculpted jaw and full sleeves that beautifully encircled her exquisite wrists. The most alluring element of the complete ensemble was the stunning sheer mesh in the front, which secured white floral embellishments.
Sara Ali Khan
With her premiere at the storied 76th Cannes Film Festival, Sara Ali Khan has formally reached a new success milestone. The adored princess of Bollywood opted for a stunning Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla lehenga to take advantage of this international occasion to showcase the boundless beauty and rich legacy of her own nation.
Sara surely made a statement as she arrived at the ports of the picturesque French Riviera, embodying a beautiful bride. The actress appeared almost incandescent in a stunning multi-panel skirt with elaborate hand embroidery.
Sara not just turned heads with one look but two more. In her second look, she wore a fusion lehnga by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla.

Urvashi Rautela
The 76th Cannes Film Festival’s second day saw Urvashi Rautela don a stunning orange gown with voluminous ruffles. She added a lovely red bag as an accessory to her outfit. Rautela attended the Monster movie premiere.
Her choice of a striking pink tulle gown turned heads for its blatant opulence, and she followed suit with her cosmetic choices. Rautela exudes confidence with her glossy lip, strong pink makeup, and finely arched brows. Red carpets are ideal for unconventional weddings, as evidenced by the woman’s massive top knot.

Manushi Chillar
Manushi Chhillar, a former Miss World and the newest global ambassador for Estée Lauder debuted on the red carpet on the opening day of the 2023 Cannes film festival wearing a snow-white bridal gown by Fovari. This recently established couture fashion house emphasizes luxury dressing and ethical sourcing.
The bridal gown, which was just unveiled at the Paris Haute Couture Show 2023, was inspired by the Himalayas’ snow-covered mountaintops. The dress has a tiered tulle bottom with a train and a covert leg slit, as well as a strapless corseted bodice that reaches the hips with braided details.
Guneet Monga
