Who Is Sheena?

She is a 57-year-old missile expert & programme director at the Hyderabad-based Advanced Systems Laboratory of the Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO).

She pursued degree at Electronics & Communication at Thiruvananthapuram's College of Engineering & worked at Kerala's VSSC for eight years.

Educational Background

Nuclear Test Contributor

Before joining DRDO, she participated in the 1998 Pokhran atomic test, showing her experience in nuclear research.

A Success

On March 11, 2024, India successfully tested the Agni-5 missile with MIRV technology from Odisha's APJ Abdul Kalam Island.
