Srushti Barlewar: Multilingual Singer & Guinness Book Record Holder

Srushti Barlewar, the multilingual singer and songwriter hailing from Nagpur is a known YouTube creator with 182K subscribers. Being capable of singing in 23 languages, she experiments with different languages, which is one of her biggest strengths. Bengali, Odia, Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, Arabic, Marathi, Gujarati, Malayalam, Nepali, Punjabi, Hindi, and Tamil are to name a few.

She makes sure to put her own twist while creating content. Her road to fame began with her impressive performances in Zee TV’s ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’ reality show in 2018. She has also been among the top contestants of &TV’s ‘The Voice’ season two and  Colors TV’s ‘Rising Star’ season two. The music creator has also received the prestigious Guinness Book of World Records in 2020 for the largest Indian cinematic music band with 1000 members. Isn’t that so impressive?

Not many know, but Srushti is the first YouTuber from Nagpur to cross over 100K subscribers and millions of views. That’s not all. She’s also the awardee of YouTube’s Silver Play Button! From participating in the finale of VYRL Originals’ ‘Cover Star’ in 2019 to being the first female winner of ‘Radiocity Supersinger’ from Nagpur, Barlewar is such a talented gem!

Btw, her voice was behind the titled jingles of 94.3 My FM all over India. Through UTV Bindaas and Disney’s Dream Start project, she also did an internship under the known music composer, A. R. Rahman. Later on, she worked with the Bollywood singer Ash King too. Well, her next work was as a playback singer for the web series, Alt Balaji and Frog Lehren’s ‘Virgin Woman Diaries.’ Oh! She had also bagged the Best Song award at the Dehradun International Film Festival.

From Shahrukh Khan, Benny Dayal, Vishal Mishra, Diljit Dosanjh, B Praak to Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee, the ‘Despacito singers’, Srushti’s work has been appreciated and shared by many renowned personalities. In August 2019, YouTube India even shared her ‘Rangabati’ cover on Twitter. Way to go girl!

You might not know, but she also dabbles in vlogs, makeup, fashion, and various fun things in her second YouTube channel, Little Bit of Srushti. The singer-songwriter has been featured in Popxo, Maharashtra Times, Times of India, and so on. Recently in February 2021, she was interviewed by 91.1 FM Radio City too!
