When someone likes, comments, shares, or saves your content, this platform increases the algorithm and helps you reach more people: A new feature has been unveiled by Instagram. The ability to choose whether or not to display or hide one’s number of likes is a useful feature. While this option may be unpleasant for some artists because they won’t be able to see what’s popular, it may be beneficial for others because it allows them to upload whatever they want, regardless of whether or not the viewers like it.

Instagram, like other apps, is always improving its features, and this time it has chosen a democratic feature that allows anyone with an Instagram profile to choose whether or not to use it. Instagram announced the availability of this feature for users on May 26, 2021. Instagram had planned to debut this feature a long time ago, but amounting to the Covid-19 outbreak, they decided to focus on offering resources to their users instead.

We love the new feature and hope that it allows users to tailor the app to their own needs. We also hope that, despite the need for audience validation in the form of likes, comments, and more, users are still able to do what they love and not let the numbers get in the way. And, until my pen writes more for you, how about you determine whether hiding or displaying the number of likes works best for you?
