Gunjan began her dancing career as a contestant in the third season of the Indian dance reality show Dance Deewane. She also won Jhalak Dikhla Jaa Season 10 with her dancing partner Tejas Verma, which adds to her list of accomplishments.

Along with Rashmi Desai, Gunjan has starred in the music video for Neha Bhasin’s song Parwah. She has also made an appearance on the dance cover of the Bollywood song Whistle Baja 2.0 from the film Heropanti 2.
