Renowned Journalist Faye D’Souza Launches Innovative News App Beatroot

Faye D’Souza is an Indian television journalist and news anchor. She gained popularity as the former Executive Editor of the English news channel of Times Network, Mirror Now. Soon after Faye D’Souza started to share news on Instagram through written posts on her Instagram account including topics such as current events, social issues, or personal opinions. After her popularity on Instagram now Faye has moved to develop a News App, called Beatroot to deliver high-quality facts straight from the ground.

During her recent Instagram Live Session, Faye D’Souza announced her limited download news app Beatroot. The application is available for both Android and iOS phones. However, the number of people who can download the application has been limited to a certain number in the initial phase. During the Instagram live, Faye introduced the team and also mentioned how she has been working on the application for 3 years now.

Faye D’Souza during the Instagram live also explained the unique name. She said, “News is not Butter Chicken. It is a vegetable. It is necessary information. Many youngsters are not consuming news because they find it toxic. We will offer news without the toxicity.”
